By accessing or using SportsAPI services, website, APIs, or related products, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Cricket API Services
SportsAPI provides Cricket data feeds and APIs for use on websites, mobile applications, and other approved platforms.
Services may include:
- Live Cricket Scores
- Match Schedules
- Ball-by-Ball Commentary
- Team Information
- Player Statistics
- Match Scorecards
- Series & Tournament Data
- Cricket Rankings
- Fantasy Cricket Data (where applicable)
SportsAPI reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
3. License Usage
SportsAPI grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cricket API data during the active subscription period.
Customers may not:
- Resell API access.
- Share API credentials with third parties.
- Reverse engineer the API.
- Redistribute raw API data without written permission.
4. Account & API Security
Customers are responsible for safeguarding:
- API Keys
- Access Tokens
- Account Credentials
Any activity performed using your credentials will be considered your responsibility.
5. Subscription & Payments
Currently, SportsAPI operates on an *Offline Payment Model*.
Customers can purchase plans through:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI Payment
- Direct Invoice Payment
- Other approved offline methods
API access will be activated only after payment verification.
SportsAPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices or failed payment verification.
6. No Refund Policy
All subscriptions are non-refundable once API access has been activated.
Exceptions may be considered only at the sole discretion of SportsAPI management.
7. Data Accuracy
SportsAPI strives to provide accurate and timely cricket data. However:
- Data may be delayed or interrupted.
- Occasional inaccuracies may occur.
- SportsAPI does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service.
Customers should independently verify critical information when required.
8. Intellectual Property
All API feeds, databases, content, software, and related materials remain the exclusive property of SportsAPI.
Customers receive usage rights only and do not obtain ownership of any SportsAPI data or technology.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use the API for illegal purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to SportsAPI systems.
- Disrupt or overload servers.
- Copy or redistribute data beyond permitted usage.
- Share API credentials publicly.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10. Service Availability
SportsAPI aims to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, upgrades, or external technical issues may temporarily affect service performance.
11. Limitation of Liability
SportsAPI shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the service is at the customer’s own risk.
12. Termination
SportsAPI may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated.
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
- Unauthorized usage is detected.
Upon termination, all API access rights immediately cease.
13. Changes to Terms
SportsAPI may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
