Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager at Togwe Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends. Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and connect with potential clients. Utilize various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients. Present our company’s services and value proposition effectively to secure new business contracts.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business development plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Proposal and Pitch Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the needs and objectives of prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Work closely with the client services team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales and business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and represent Togwe Private Limited effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for driving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel.
